1. Agreement
By engaging Global Migrations (MARN 1069570) ("we", "us", "our") for migration services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. A formal client agreement will be provided before we begin work on your matter.
2. Services
We provide migration advice and assistance in accordance with the Migration Act 1958 and the MARA Code of Conduct. We are registered migration agents and not lawyers. Legal advice is outside our scope of services.
3. Client Obligations
- Provide accurate, complete and timely information and documents
- Notify us immediately of any change in circumstances
- Pay agreed fees in accordance with our fee schedule
- Not engage other migration agents without notifying us
4. Fees and Payment
Fees are outlined in our written client agreement. Government fees and third-party costs are separate from our professional fees. We do not guarantee outcomes, and fees may not be refundable if an application is lodged and subsequently refused for reasons outside our control.
5. No Guarantee of Outcome
We cannot guarantee that any visa application will be approved. Migration decisions are made by the Department of Home Affairs. We commit to providing professional, diligent service — but visa outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including government policy changes.
6. Confidentiality
We maintain strict client confidentiality. Information will only be disclosed as required by law, regulatory obligations, or with your explicit consent.
7. Complaints
If you have a complaint about our services, please contact us in writing. We will respond within 10 business days. If unresolved, you may complain to the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA).
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
