What Every Stream Requires
State or Territory Nomination
All business visa streams require nomination by an Australian state or territory government. We identify the state that best matches your profile and manage the nomination application.
Business or Investment Evidence
You must provide comprehensive evidence of your business ownership, turnover, assets, and management experience. We compile and present this evidence professionally.
Financial Threshold
Each stream has specific financial thresholds for net assets and investment amounts. We advise on meeting these requirements and the documentation needed to evidence them.
Residence Requirements
You must establish a genuine business or investment in Australia and maintain residence. The 188C Significant Investor stream has the most flexible residence requirements.
Points Test
Business Innovation stream applicants must score at least 65 points in the business points test. We calculate your score and advise on maximising it.
Age Considerations
Most streams require applicants to be under 55 years of age at time of invitation. Some states offer exemptions. We advise on age-specific strategy.
